1800RESPECT telephone counselling is available 24/7, whether you're seeking help for yourself, a friend or relative, a colleague or a client. Professionals are also encouraged to use 1800RESPECT for support with secondary referrals or vicarious trauma. Call 1800 737 732.
Translators and Interpreters
The telephone Translators and Interpreters Service (TIS National) is available free of charge.
To arrange an interpreter:

Online counselling is only one form of counselling and may not be appropriate for all people. Face-to-face or telephone counselling may be more appropriate.
